Real name Jesús Parra Ramírez, Hooligan is a Mexican wrestler under contract with the CMLL (Consejo Mundial de Lucha Livre) since 2002. He also fights under the name of Luciferno, and founded a group of wrestlers called Los Gerreros Tuareg.
Note that Hooligan is also the brother of another great luchador: Ephesto.
