Orders are sent via ExportSuivi or Colissimo La Poste unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped from Marseille, FR and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown (usually 3 to 5 days for European countries). Isolated and rural areas may take longer.

All parcel are in tracking mode and you will receive by email the day your package is shipped, the tracking number and a link to the Coliposte site.
Monday to Friday, orders placed before 3 pm is shipped the same day Classic by ExportSuivi 3 to 5 days delivery.
